Cliff most recently served as Executive Vice President of Solutions Development at Allscripts health care Solutions from July 2011 through Dec 2013. Cliff was responsible for the technology vision, strategy and product development resources. Prior to Allscripts, Cliff was Chief Development Officer at CA Technologies where he also held the position of General Manager of the Service Assurance Business Unit. Cliff also worked at Apple where he was responsible for the platform dependent software for Macintosh products. Cliff spent 11 years at Cisco Systems holding numerous senior executive level positions. Cliff spent 16 years with IBM, the last 10 at IBM Research doing research and product development on high performance mainframe inter-networking. Cliff attended the Juilliard school of Music and holds a BA degree in mathematics and a MS in Computer Science from the University of Rochester.

Venkat Kuchibhotla is Director – Product Management at Excelicare and a member of the Board of Directors, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience across financial services and healthcare technology. He began his career in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector, where he led finance and regulatory compliance activities involving RBI and SEBI requirements, building a strong foundation in governance, financial management, and business operations.

In 2000, Venkat transitioned to healthcare technology by joining AxSys HealthTech, where he held progressively senior leadership roles across operations and product management. Since becoming part of Excelicare in 2018, he has continued to play a key role in the evolution of the Excelicare platform, working closely with customers and leadership teams across the UK, US, and Canada.

At Excelicare, Venkat contributes to product strategy, corporate governance, risk oversight, and long-term business growth. He is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to enhance healthcare delivery, improve operational efficiency, and support informed business decision-making.

Venkat holds an MBA in Finance from Osmania University.

Sarma Konduru is Director – Engineering at Excelicare and a member of the Board of Directors, bringing over 30 years of experience in healthcare technology, software engineering, and product innovation. Having been part of the team behind the Excelicare platform since its early development, he has played a key role in its evolution into a secure, scalable, and interoperable solution serving healthcare organisations across international markets.

At Excelicare, Sarma contributes to technology strategy, engineering excellence, risk oversight, and corporate governance. His experience spans healthcare interoperability, product engineering, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and information governance. His leadership has helped transform engineering practices, enabling faster delivery, improved quality, and stronger collaboration across teams, while strengthening the organisation’s security and governance capabilities.

Sarma is passionate about leveraging technology and innovation to deliver secure, scalable healthcare solutions that improve outcomes for customers and the communities they serve.

Sarma holds a Master’s in Information Technology from Punjab Technical University.

Achuta Bala Subrahmanyam is Director – Human Resources & Finance and a member of the Board of Directors at Excelicare, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in human resources, organisational development, finance operations, and corporate strategy. He provides strategic leadership across talent management, workforce planning, organisational transformation, financial governance, budgeting, employee engagement, and corporate governance, ensuring that people and financial strategies are aligned with the organisation’s long-term vision and business objectives.

Throughout his career, Bala has built high-performing teams, strengthened organisational culture, and partnered with executive leadership to drive sustainable business growth through strategic workforce planning, financial stewardship, and operational excellence. His expertise spans executive talent acquisition, succession planning, employee relations, change management, HR technology, budgeting, financial planning, payroll governance, regulatory compliance, and supporting international finance and HR operations across multiple jurisdictions. He is recognised for fostering inclusive workplace cultures, building trusted relationships, and strengthening organisational capability through a balanced focus on people, governance, risk management, and financial discipline.

Bala is passionate about building resilient, people-centric organisations that combine strong governance, financial stewardship, innovation, and operational excellence to deliver sustainable value for customers, employees, and stakeholders.

Bala holds an MBA specializing in Human Resources and Marketing from Osmania University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Nagarjuna University.
